Perfect, thank you. I know it is a question we get asked a lot, both prior to and following pelvic surgery.

I recommend the book "Pelvic Floor Recovery: Physiotherapy for Gynaecological Repair Surgery"  by Sue Croft and I hope you can add it to your list.

It is a whole book about recovering from prolapse surgery.  It wasn't available in the UK on kindle before, but it is now.  It is also available in the US.  I am not sure if you want resources that cost money but I found this incredibly helpful preparing for surgery, especially as my doctor gave me very little information.

No affiliation with the author, I just stumbled across it and it really helped me.

No problem. I need to read the book but I wasn't aware it was available here in the UK so I'll buy it now. Thank you.

I know of two books, both are interesting but I thought the one about recovering from surgery would be most relevant to this forum.

"Pelvic Floor Recovery: Physiotherapy for Gynaecological Repair Surgery"

She wrote that book first and then wrote a second book which is a little different.  She says: " I have written this second book to assist women in learning how to correct any bladder and pelvic floor problems using conservative measures "

Maybe it would be good to have both listed -- one is for more serious prolapes that require surgery and the other can help with milder problems that may be fixable with conservative measures.

They both sound really interesting and would be very useful

I sent Emis Moderator an updated message with both titles listed.  Thanks Matron!
