So I've only recently started to notice that my eating habits aren't 'normal'. I've always struggled with my weight especially as a young teen (around 12-15) as I was always slightly over weight. Thinking back at it now my eating habits started changing when I reached 16 (I'm 20 now) when I was becoming more aware of my body and social standards and stuff. It started off with skipping breakfast, feeling sick eating types of food I'd normally eat, constantly watching my weight or ignoring hunger pains etc. Now, I'm not skinny nor overweight but I've been constantly being going between the two for some years now. Most times I just pick at my food or eat really small portions but sometimes I'd binge and feel disgusting after. I would just really appreciate some advice.
Not sure if it helps but I also suffer from mental health problems.
