Okay name is Alex I 've seen all your cases and I can relate to all of them I was adopted when I was a kid and I always noticed my parents always put me aside and to top it off they even made a special room for me out side the house and at first i thought ey they didnt love me or why did they push me out side turns out i have the answer here in front of me ...at first I thought I was going crazy when I started to see people grab thiere nose, always told myself I'm loosing it it's all head well I started hearing comments and that's when I noticed it was true I shower three times a day and I'm a clean freak I always clean my room twice a day and I like to have everything in order ....anyhow im at the point where I can't do it no more!!I'm done indoor want to live like this no more this isn't fair and all my life I've been looked at with a hideous face and it hurts cuz I keep a good hygiene...every single day is a hassle when I get in the trainmill to work and I go at it with the public . I just lost my job and to top it off I don't know where to look for help my girlfriend just left me cuz her family wouldn't stand for her to be with someone like me so you know what I'm gonna the coward way ....iy hoes against my believe but I just can't do it no more so I hope all of you find a solution don't take my road ....adios brothers

    Alex,  How old are you?  I want to understand what your are saying.   Are you still living with your parents?   What seems bad today will not always be this bad.  Give us more details.

    Whoa here buddy. More details. Do you have a medical condition? Is the something that will help you?  I feel you are young please don’t give up talk to us we are non judgmental.

      I'm 29 years old and I've talked to the "crazy doc" no offence to the specialists. Anyway im at the verge where I don't know what to do. It gets me furious that I'm asking for help to my loves ones and they just keep telling me it's all my head ....its a costant battle with my inner self . I have one telling me not to give up to keep fighting and yea I give myself hope but I've been so depressed lately. I haven't eaten in five days and I to be honest I don't remember the last time I drank water. I feel so weak ..my roommate is about to kick me out everything just pouring on me!!!!I live in Phoenix Az. I don't know where to look for help .

    First, you must eat and drink water.  Anyone who goes without cannot think straight and will feel miserable and depressed.   You may have a chemical balance and with a good Dr. can be corrected.  If the Dr you are using isn't benefiting you, then try another one. Don't stay with one who is not helping you.  I don't know how much time you have given this dr.  Is it a psychiatrist?  You also should go to a therapist. Group therapy can be a real help so that you can bond with others going through similar issues.   Don't give you, this is only a passing phase in your life.   If you are thinking negative thoughts then you are going to feel bad.  What you think determines how you feel. Have you tried apps the deal with depression?  I am sorry your family is not supportive.   Keep posting and the more we know about you the more we can provide support.  Tell yourself you are strong and worthy.  Stop the negative things you are telling yourself.

    Buddy I am here to say keep on going. Please try to find something to hold on to. I have had holidays in Arizona it is beautiful. I am in Canada I went into work late today because of the ice, snow, and fog. I wish I was in Arizona.  Love the people around you. Keep talking. And drink water, juice booze and water whatever it takes but survive.

      Hi amy and friends just to report myselfe here anyhow ive been worse than i was but i see now how everything is changing and how i need to start changing the way i think and the way i was being .i just hope for my ex to forgive me and to remember me as the person who she fell in love with

      Wake up everyday and decide to do at least one positive thing for yourself.  Exercise, even for 10 min enough to break a sweat will release endorphines to increase your mood. 

      Keep stopping yourself from negative thoughts. You have this !
